Terms of Service for Text Messaging Communications

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in Garza Labor’s text messaging program for job candidates and current employees. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
Our text messaging program is designed to provide:
- Candidates: updates about job opportunities, application status, scheduling, and interview reminders.
- Employees: workplace updates, scheduling notices, payroll or HR reminders, safety alerts, and company announcements.
Messages may be sent via automated technology, but you will only receive texts if you have consented or are a current employee where communications are necessary for employment-related purposes.
2. Message Frequency & Costs
- The number of messages you receive will vary depending on your relationship with the Company.
- Standard message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan.
- The Company is not responsible for any charges billed to you by your carrier.
3. Opt-In and Opt-Out
- Candidates must provide explicit consent before receiving text messages.
- Employees may receive messages related to their job as a condition of employment.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may no longer receive texts unless required for compliance, payroll, or workplace safety purposes.

4. Privacy & Data Use
- We collect and store your mobile number and related messaging data solely for communication purposes.
- We do not sell or rent your information to third parties for their marketing.

5. Your Responsibilities
By participating in our text messaging program, you agree to:
- Provide a valid mobile number that you own or control.
- Update us if your phone number changes.
- Not use our messaging system for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
6. Service Availability
- Text messaging services are provided “as-is” and may be subject to delays or interruptions outside our control (e.g., carrier issues).
- We are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update or change these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation in the texting program at any time for misuse, technical issues, or non-compliance with these Terms.
